Bitte sagen Sie mir, funktioniert das Sunrise for Ukraine-Programm in der Schweiz? Mit diesem Programm erhalten Flüchtlinge aus der Ukraine ein Jahr lang eine SIM-Karte für 20 Franken.

Ich versuche diese SIM-Karte im Sunrise Store in Schwyz (Mitten Center) zu bekommen. Der Laden teilte mir mit, dass es im Laden keine solchen SIM-Karten gäbe, sie lehnten mich seit mehreren Wochen ab. Bitte sagen Sie mir, wie ich mich in einer solchen Situation verhalten soll? I am trying to get this SIM card at the Sunrise store in Schwyz (Mitten Center). The store told me that there are no such SIM cards in the store, they have been refusing me for several weeks.     Hi. Thanks for the reply, this is a banal brush-off. SIM cards are not available for Ukrainians - I asked for a SIM card in the store 5 times (Sunrise Shop Ibach Mythen Center). They told me that there were no SIM cards in stock.

        Hi, on the link I gave you there are different shops that offer the cards. try going to another one and show them the site that offers the service. It often happens that there is no more stock in a shop, that is why you have to try another one and not just the same one. The shops in Luzern are bigger try there. Or try calling support to see if they can order : 0800 707 707 .
