The switch to Sunrise perhaps set your IP to a IPv6, what you need is a IPv4.
Please write a private message to @Sunrise_Team to switch your subscription to IPv4.

Include: Customernr., Date of Birth, Name, Adress and the whish to switch to IPv4
Once done, you can forward your ports again in the Web GUI of the Router.
