Hi there,

I’ve bought a new Samsung S24 Ultra android phone in New Zealand and would like to transfer my eSim from my old Samsung S21 to the new one.

I would be grateful if someone could please let me know how best to do this.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,

Daile

There is a manuel to transfer it from an old Galaxy to a new one.
Samsung Galaxy - transfer a physical SIM card or eSIM | Support
Requirement: the new mobile phone must have at least Android 14 / One UI Version 6.x, and the old one at least Android 13 / One UI Version 5.x

Otherwise you have to get a new QR code I guess:

To activate your eSIM, all you need is an eSIM Digital Voucher with QR code, available at any Sunrise Shop or online at Sunrise.ch/MySunrise.

Note: The current eSIM can be installed on the same device only. If you want to use your personal Data Plan with a new device, you will need a new eSIM profile or a classic SIM card from Sunrise.

At My Sunrise you can order an eSIM Digital Voucher or a classic SIM card at any time. The eSIM Digital Voucher is available immediately. The Classic SIM will be sent to you by mail.

If you have bought an eSIM Digital Voucher at a Sunrise Shop, you can find the QR code on the cash receipt.

Activate eSIM with QR code | Galaxy S24 Ultra | Sunrise CH support
