error page when I try to register

Hi everyone,

I am trying to change the username and password since I just acquired the ownership of the contract from the ex-owner. However no matter how I try do it from the website or the App after the last step where I am requirede to write the new username and password I get an error page that doesn’t even tell me what kind of error is. Can somebody help me?
