in past few days my internet speed decreases by 50 mbit around 12 o’clock.
current speed is 323 / 72.
the only option is to arrange technician, but need to pay 119 CHF for this, but in my point it should be possible to check the network side as well. I tried several different cables already. BTW, I cannot see any errors or drops in SagemCom logs and status pages.
I need support, but the link ‘arrange a call back’ goes to Page not found result. So tried to update my post in community.
