Dear UPC Team,
I have received my HD recorder one week ago however i am getting the error code 1001 on my TV when the recorder shows installation. Thus the TV and Internet are not working.
I already checked all my cables and they are installed corectly. Could you please let me know what should i do to complete the installation? From what i read in the community there is no signal coming to the recorder, however i have’t seen any possible actions that i can do to solve it.
Also, when calling customer service, there is no english support.
