Daniele_Sunrise I see, so the speedtest button in the GUI is not functioning then…
The problem is running the speedtest from another device implies reduced speed because the LAN ports on the Zyxel are only 1GB…And also can be limited by the external customer router (like my Netgear RAX200 only has a 2.5Gbps port to connect to Sunrise’s Zyxel).
Wifi testing is not really accurate either.
Testing from the Zyxel would indicate the real line speed arriving at home, that would be useful to exclude fiber line issues…
Anyway I know what to do next, thanks again for the answer.
