I moved a trip and paid 13 CHF in order to receive my router between 18:00 and 20:00. Not only I did not receive the router but I receive an email art 20:30 that a package will come tomorrow making me cancel meetings in order to receive it. When I try to talk to a representative or arrange a callback the site says it doesn’t exist. I can’t find an email to notify Sunrise about what is happening or anyone I could talk to to get a refund and an explanation. This is just not professional.
