A few weeks ago I have been promised when I upgrade the router to Connect Box 3 I will get an upgrade from the current 1GB to 2.5GB. After I paid for the new router and installed it, the speed has been the same as with the previous router. Several calls later the promised changed from immediate upgrade in speed to be upgrade end of August. Now on September 1, still no upgrade. One disappointment after the other with Sunrise. Anyone @Sunrise_Team here to explain to an upset customer what’s really going to happen.
