Dear Sunrise, I have received 2x Connect Box 3 today, most probably due to a problem during the order. Indeed the screen went blank one time, no confirmation that the order passed was received, I therefore did launch the request again and got confirmation for this last one. Few days later I received emails confirming 2 sendings. Since I only need one new box to replace the old one, can I send you this 2nd one back using the return label?
