I cannot modify my network through Sunrise Connect APP. It says Modem not Found as shown in the image. However, the network itself works well. I have tried to reboot/restore the network or reinstall the app but all of that did not work. Could anyone help solve the problem?

    The error can only be resolved by creating a ticket on the hotline 0800 707 707 and forwarding it to our IT department.

      I also have the same problem. I also created a ticket on the hotline. But despite a promise of assistance, I received no feedback or helpful assistance.

      6 months later
