So, one day ago i got my ne Conector Box 3. And I connected it. But after an hour of connected Box I got a message that i need to wait for activation. I thought that’s kinda ok, and started to wait. After one day I still didn’t get anything. Then i called to support of sunrise. Describe them situation and girl said that i need to wait till 5 PM. I waited and my router became blue light. I thought that now i can use it, but actually it isn’t worked. I called to support in the second time. In this time they said that they have some kind of problem with something and I need again to wait till it work and become white. I started to wait AGAIN. And today at friday 12.07.2024 at 12:23 I got message that my connection is active. I came to my router and it was still blue. I tried to connect and… it still don’t working. What i need to do in this situation?
