I have requested the cancellation of my subscriptions as I am leaving Switzerland. I had to do it by phone call as the chat was unavailable for hours.
As per the phone call, my subscription will terminate in August and I asked for a confirmation in writing. The person from helpdesk sent an e-mail but it cannot be used as a proof of the cancellation (sent from a generic, e-mail - hispeed.ch -, no client name, no client number, no ticket number of the subscription termination, signed as “UPC”…)
How can I obtain a written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled?
