Daniele_Sunrise Hi Daniele…. last week technicians were at our place to check a problem we were having and they replaced the new connect box with another - this is now working, but now the connection to the pod is lost. Could you please connect it to the new box that we now have as you did last time? Please let me know if you need any more information.
Also - due to the layout of our house I am using a 3rd party extender in addition to the pod, this sometimes causes some issues - would it be possible to order an additional Connect Pod, obviously I can pay for this if needed.
