I’m a privacy conscious individual and personally always use Proton VPN, however some of my family members don’t.

So I have a few questions.

  1. How long do you store DNS requests? Forever or a certain time frame?
  2. Do you sell this information to third parties?
  3. Can we periodically request that you delete our DNS requests?

Please don’t just link to a privacy policy that doesn’t answer my questions.

      yannickz You probably wont get an official reply to this question. Also they could only log the DNS requests sent to the Sunrise/UPC DNS servers. Some modern browsers actually bypass the ISP DNS servers and use their own (DNS over HTTPS). Also each client could configure his own preferred DNS server, bypassing the Sunrise ones.
