How exactly is the device that has the interruption connected to the internet? Via WIFI from your Apple AirPort? If so, I would reset your AirPort once, as it is not receiving an IP or is receiving the wrong IP.
In addition, one of your devices that is no longer online has an incorrect fixed internal IP address. This could also be causing interference.
