it seems that there was more than that. The bank cancelled our standing order for payment of the sunrise bill, which means we were behind in payment. When we realized (last week) we paid, but apparently you are placing a suspension order on our connection, which is the apparent reason for the situation of our internet. This means that for a week now, we have terrible internet because in your system, you don’t manage to cancel the suspension order, which is right now still illegally in place.
As I said to the numerous colleagues of yours that I spoke and chatted with, you are in technical breach of our contract and if this has to be corrected asap as it is illegal.
