In the spirit of this forum’s rules “treat others as you would like to be treated” and “open, factual and constructive contributions”, I would like to raise a serious concern about Sunrise fees, in case it applies to others as well:
I entered into a contract with Sunrise for a fixed price less an agreed discount, and a copy of the agreement has been emailed to me by Sunrise.
in the last two months Sunrise has charged me considerably more than what is in the contract. They are adding VAT onto the agreed contract price (which already includes VAT) and they are not giving me the agreed discount.
I have spent countless hours on the phone and they insist that they are following the contract, which they are not. They are not willing to discuss it with me, and say they do not have access to the email they sent me with the contract summary! This is seriously worrying!
A lady in the contracts department tells me that costs are higher due to inflation so they can charge me more!
This is all seriously worrying and is not fair to the customer. I’m curious if others have had the same experience.
