I just checked the manual of said router.
Since you already have the Sunrise Router you don’t wan’t the AR300M to be setup as another router (Double NAT).
Please config the AR300M as an AccessPoint
More Settings - GL.iNet Router Docs 3 (gl-inet.com)
To do so:
If the AR300M is now in router mode, its settings are reachable by 192.168.8.1 which is not in the range of the Sunrise Routers IP Range.
--> take a Laptop/PC and configure the IP of the Network to an IP in the Range of the AR300M (eg. 192.168.8.10)
and connect directly with ethernet to it.
Once in the adminpanel, change its operating mode to AccessPoint, once its done, you can connect it via LAN to the Sunriserouter and all should work as expected.
Probably, if you connect to the AR300Ms Wifi you also will be able to get into its settingmenu via default IP.
