qwipejfnq23794ehf Since you have a cable modem (Connect Box 3 HFC), there is no NSN number. This is only available for DSL Internet products that run via telephone line technology. You can therefore install and use your modem according to these instructions.

Do you have any information on this? For example, if the previous person that lived in this apartment had a Sunrise or UPC subscription to a DSL technology, would you be able to retrieve this information?

My previous operator, Swisscom, refuses to give me this number.
