Dear UPC,
I’ve been experiencing a significant amount of internet interruptions/disconnections in the past 2-3 weeks again. It seems like happening every hour multiple times, the internet is generally not usable at all for the purpose [work, video calls, live stream]. Same via WLAN and LAN.
I’ve also run connectivity stability tests, the results were very bad [disconnects, very high pings, etc].
Could you suggest please a solution that might work? It is really frustrating.
Hint: last time the issue was that, IPv6 was enabled again and it caused a lot of issues. Can I ask for IPv4 only?
