I placed an order for a longer coaxial cable (TV-10m) a few days back via the https://www.upc.ch/en/support/cable-connection/order-cable/ link. However, I haven’t received it yet. It seems the delivery time isn’t as quick as advertised on the website. How can I check the status of my order? Should I consider placing a new order for the cable?
