I have received a bill for March and it had a row in additional costs and discounts for “Cancellation credit for cable connection in the UPC” for +30CHF. Usually I get in the bill “Credit for cable connection in the UPC” as -30CHF.
Later I received System credit for 30CHF, but it still means that I have to pay 30CHF more than always (as system credit covered what I believe is overcharge, not applied the discount or whatever that is), which I guess is an error.
Also my balance is 52.20CHF, while the system shows that I have 82.2CHF outstanding.
Can I get help on that?
