This is the state of my internet, which is up to 20 mbit/s at best. It means about 2.5 mbyte/s ! Even Instagram is hard to load. What should I do

    Hello . What do you mean by hard reset?

    It is possible that you do a reset of your phone. By shutting it down complete. If this does not work, our customer service has the option to make a reset of our site and check the connection.

      Does it really mean that it is so difficult to solve my problem that no one is responsible? All the suggested ways are for customers, but the main problem with my connection and speed is from the Sunrise system, and we as customers cannot solve the speed problem! The proposed ways are very basic and do not help in solving the problem. I am professionally familiar with network concepts and I know that I cannot solve the speed problem with simple settings and related settings of access points and….😒😒😒😒😒
