I have encountered difficulties accessing certain websites, notably the Samsung server for the Smart TV application and https://www.sunrise.ch/. Despite efforts made in collaboration with Sunrise support, the problem persists even after the replacement of my internet box.
Yesterday, I engaged with Sunrise support to address the connectivity issue. As a resolution attempt, they arranged for a replacement internet box, which was promptly delivered and installed today. However, the problem remains unresolved, impacting my ability to access essential services and websites crucial for my household’s needs.
To provide further context and aid in diagnosing the issue, I conducted traceroute tests from my WLAN connection. The following are the results:
