Connect Box (Compal)

I am not able to reset my connect box anymore, I have it tried multiple times now with holding the reset-button for up to 1 minute without success. The connect box restarts, but doesn’t reset anything. I tried accessing the webinterface which also won’t let me log in anymore with my previously set password or the standard password. The internet speed has also been decreasing over the past few weeks and I also found out if you connect a device with via ethernet cable you have to manually set an IP, since it it wont get any with dhcp anymore. Any suggestions what I could try?

    countresshunter We have just initiated a replacement of your modem. You will receive the new modem in the next few days. Please replace all cables and the power supply unit with the new ones in the packaging. Please contact us again afterwards to see if the cause is still present.
