I am not able to make calls to Bulgarian mobile numbers

I am not able to make calls to Bulgarian mobile numbers while on the Sunrise network.

I can make calls if my phone is in roaming though.

This is for quite a while now and is a real problem already.

Would you kindly fix the problem, please.

Do you know exactly what it says when you try to call this bulgarian numbers?
Is ist one number or every bulgarian number?
did you save your number with the prefix +359?

It’s every mobile number (well I didn’t exhausted the Bulgarian population).

Yes, I do save the numbers with the prefix +359

Seems it’s solved (for now). I can call +359 numbers now, while on the Sunrise network.

I’m not aware if somebody did something specifically to solve my problem though.

May be notify them separately?
