Internet connection very slow

Hi there,

I’m starting this discussion after seeing this one opened some time ago:

I’m a former customer of UPC now with sunrise (customer number 8108475447)

It’s several weeks that I’ve realized the connection is very slow (see snapshot)

and it only resolves after rebooting the router.

However after some hours the connection becomes very slow again.

I’ve got the TG3492LG router and 1GBs of download.

Can you please help ?
