Issue with lack of response from UPC support plus issue with replaying of movies on demmand
Hi, is anyone experiencing the same lack of response from queries raised via the contact page to UPC support?
I am having issues with playing back movies Which after an hour or so develop noise and image flickers very heavily making it impossible to watch.
This does not happen with regular TV but only with movies on demmand.
I have reported this 3 times via the contact support page but no response at all.
Has anyone experience the same technical issue and can advise how to resolve it
Or how to get response from UPC support to the problem?
