I have numerous examples of MAJOR the security isssues and vulnarabilitiee of yallo customer portal and general customer service practices. SUPER INSECURE.
When I tried complaining to the customer care - I was ignored (chat, call, [info@yallo.ch](mailto:info@yallo.ch)).
Where do I go next? I have an active fraud going on my account (session hijacking), but after spending hours on the support calls and chats I am getting nowhere. Just every time I contact I am promised a call back and that that the case has been escalated. So what do I do?
