Hello The community,

I have tried to activate eBills on my UBS app for ages and it never works. There is no such thing as Sunrise LLC. There are plenty of Sunrise ones, mixed with UPC, Lebara etc. I tried to activate all the ones I could but nothing seems to work…. Anyone who got the same issue and found a solution?

Daniele_Sunrise I tried many times and it still doesn’t work

I succeeded to activated the one called Sunrise & UPC digital product but I still don’t get the ebills.

To register, you’ll need your customer number, e-mail address and the bill number from your last bill. If a step does not work, please tell us where exactly and if necessary with a picture. Also, the activation is valid only for future invoices and lasts 1 day. You will be informed by your e-banking as soon as it is active.

Thanks Daniele,

I did the steps many times and my banks tells me the invoicing party has been added but it still doesn’t show it as activated nor I am getting my ebills directly on UBS app :S

LaurianeDV I see an entry in the system from yesterday 13:19. Please wait once 48 hours and then check the status again in MySunrise.

Daniele_Sunrise indeed, I was finally able to add the one you mentioned. I first deactivated the other (the one you see with « Active » mentioned on the screenshot) and then I tried again the request for the correct one and this time it worked.

so the solution for UBS clients who seem to not be able to enable eBills is to first check if another eBill is active and if yes, disable it.
