vector268 i made the move from UPC to sunrise and obviously the settings are different. i’m using nordvpn and it’s no longer working, so please deactivate the surf protect thing and please activate IPV4 thank you for your help
Sunrise_Team Thank you for your message. At the moment there’s a pending Order on your Home Internet. That means, that we cant change anything until the order is completed. Best regards Helena

vector268 which pending order are you referring to? I have everything set up with the new sunrise connect box and even sent back a week ago the old UPC router the only thing i’m waiting on is the IPV4 activation thank you in advance
