BarryMc Hi, My Giga Box is flashing red and I have no internet, I’m currently working from home which is now impossible without internet. What should I do??? I have tried turning box off for approx 10 minutes but fault returns after I switch it back on

BarryMc Internet back and website working, spoke to Tech Services and they said there’s a problem in the area and it might go down again, they have people working on it
