Weird latency issues after a few days of uptime

Hi, for a few months now I’ve been feeling like my internet browsing experience has been “sluggish”.

Turns out it wasn’t just a feeling, there is a weird latency of up to 500ms when first reaching a new server.

Ping from my ethernet connected PC:

The issue seems to go away for some time after a reboot of the Connect box, see ping from my ethernet connected PC:

So I’m thinking there is an issue either fix the Connect Box itself or something down the line somewhere.

The signal values of your modem are ok. Please run a speed test series at CNLAB according to the following instructions and report back here with the CNLAB UID.

I do the Speedtest now.

Ping from my PC:

Reboot of Connect Box was around 18:30, between the first and second test.

Doemaesch Your line is slowed down locally to 96%. Also you are using a Pi Hole as DNS server. Please remove the Pi Hole and check internally if you have devices that analyze network traffic and if so, deactivate them (e.g Antivirus, Malwarebytes, or hardware).

Regarding your tests, there is an ASUS Router in the network. Can you make a plan or explain how all is connected in your network?
If you use the ASUS as router, the CB has to be in brigemode etc…

I tried different setups to fix the problem. Right now i use an ASUS router and the CB in bridgemode and it seems the Problem is gone.
