Frequent connection drops specially for 2.4 Ghz connection

Dear UPC Team,

Since the latest internet issue that i reported couple of weeks back, we now see a new prolonged problem.

2.4 Ghz connection breaks frequently throughout the day. On my mobile device i can see that wifi connection vanishes and i am on my mobile network.

This seem to happen with 2.4 Ghz, as i am connected to 5Ghz on my laptop and do not observe this issue.

please help check and fix the error.

One instance/time window for your log analysis - Issue started at 8:25 am on 15-Jun.

All your mobile devices including TV have a bad WIFI connection. We recommend our Connect Pods for a better connection.

thanks for feedback. But this issue started only in last 2 weeks. Also my devices are very close to the WIFI box.

Also why is the issue with 2.4Ghz frequency only?

can you help trouble shoot at your end.

Ashishmacintosh Unfortunately I can’t optimize anything from here. You would have to move your devices closer to the modem or reposition the modem. You can find more tips here.

I have also marked the devices in the picture that use 2.4 GHz WIFI and have good coverage. So the cause is not the 2.4GHz WIFI.
