Dear UPC Team,
Since the latest internet issue that i reported couple of weeks back, we now see a new prolonged problem.
2.4 Ghz connection breaks frequently throughout the day. On my mobile device i can see that wifi connection vanishes and i am on my mobile network.
This seem to happen with 2.4 Ghz, as i am connected to 5Ghz on my laptop and do not observe this issue.
please help check and fix the error.
