Dear all,

I cannot connect to my connect box, however I cannot as the password which is written on the box does not work. I reset the connect box but it did not help.

In addition, I would like to use wifi-free but I am not sure how can I use it?

Could you please assist?

The Wi-Free service is being, or has already, turned off.
About the Wi-Fi, you could try to reset your Internet Box to factory defaults, then it will reset the Wi-Fi password to the one printed on the box.
For this you either login to the box and select the reset option in the settings or alternatively reset it by the reset button. If it indeed is a coax Connect Box, then press with a fitting item for 25 seconds softly into the reset hole to reset it.
