Hello,

I am a new customer and I live in Glattbrugg.

I have a common problem with my Internet 100 connection.

I get about 5Mbits download speed and 10Mbit upload speed.

I have the classic new white modem of UPC and none setting has solved the problem.

I would really appreciate if you could provide some help.

I have used both WLAN and Cable Lan and I have similar results.
