UPC user - Can I Switch to Connect Box 3 and keep ipv4?

Since last year I have been experiencing Wi-Fi disconnections with my UPC connect box (see https://community.sunrise.ch/d/14714-unstable-internet/29). Via ethernet everything is stable, but on WiFi I get 2-4 disconnections per day. When using a different access point configured in a similar way, I don’t have disconnections.

I now noticed that there is Connect Box 3, which has WiFi 6. I was wondering the following:

Would it be possible to swap my Connect Box for a Connect Box 3 for free to check if the situation improves?
I have ipv4 configured on my Connect Box and it provides me with a public ip, which I need to access my NAS remotely. Could I keep the ipv4 configuration with the new Connect Box 3?

enrianna We have just initiated a replacement of your modem. You will receive the new modem in the next days. Please replace all cables and the power supply with the new ones in the package. Please contact us again afterwards if the cause is still present.

Thanks Daniele, just to confirm, the replacement is going to be the Connect Box 3, right?

enrianna No, you will get a Giga Connectbox. The Connect Box 3 is not available for UPC customers.

I see, thanks for the reply. Will UPC users be switched over sunrise eventually (I’ll have to renew the contract in a couple of months)? In that case I might wait for the switch to then get a Connect Box 3.
