While the website Contact - Support | UPC says that one can cancel the subscription either by hotline or by live chat, it turns out the hotline number [0800 900 210 ](tel://0800900210/)does not exist (my friend dialled and told me this, he also tried ) and live chat keeps saying that there is no staff available no matter when I start the chat.
I just wonder in this case how I can cancel in time (2 months before my minimum contract period ends)? Thanks in advance.
