Why does UPC/Sunrise make it so complicated and cumbersome to cancel a subscription?
I reached out to the Hotline listed on the “HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” webpage thrice and in good time. I was assured each time that I shall receive a written confirmation from UPC confirming the termination of the subscription contract and by the end of that week. Its been more than 5 weeks and I am yet to receive any kind of confirmation from UPC.
I am a bit puzzled by this attitude since in the past when I subscribed to any new product I received a SMS and an email right away. How can it be so different when I need to cancel a product? Its beyond me why UPC can’t keep their promise to send a simple confirmation.
Anyone gone thought the same pain? How did it work for you?
