I’ve had a Connect Box from UPC for the last 8(ish) years and now the device seems to be running into trouble. About a year ago it started to overheat. So I strapped a fan to it, which seems to have resolved the temperature issue. However, more recently, the thing has been delivering a slow and rather instable connection.
This is what I get as a diagnostic result:

If you can give me permission to open the device and clean it out, just let me know. That’ll work for me, if it resolves the issue.
