Google Wifi setup Help

Good morning, Just moved into a new place and we have the sunrise modem for our internet. After two hour we realised that the wi-fi reception is limited. I have tried to connect my hood wifi point with the router but the google wi-fi says „can’t receive internet connect from the modem“. Is the sunrise modem blocking this? any help/solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I tried but it does not work unfortunately. I guess that the only solution is to buy another modem to substitute the original, I don’t know what else to do.
Can @Daniele_Sunrise tell me a list or at least a model of compatible modems or modem-router combo that feature bridge mode?

Oh that sucks. Sorry to hear you didn’t get it working yet. I have a configuration file that I saved from my router that you can try if you’d like? Maybe DM me your email address?

@Daniele_Sunrise will confirm but I don’t think there is any Sunrise modem that supports Bridge mode. I think there previously were Fritzbox models but don’t think they exist now?
