Hi,

I can’t believe that I received today in 1 single envelop with 2 bills (both under my name) and 1 of them with activation fee (CHF99).

I placed my order online with the waive of activation fee CHF99 on 19/2. But at the end, I received 2 modems (1 after another). I am currently using one of them and another one remain unopened and waiting for you to collect from me. I am sure that’s the reason you are charging me twice. But why do I need 2 accounts and 2 modems in a single apartment?

Moreover, I just realized that the account number that I used to register MyUPC (with the MAC of modem i am currently using) is the one with activation fee.

Can you correct all these?

Current situation: account numbers:

xxx-1 (MyUPC and Modem currently in-use but with Activation fee)

xxx-1 (without activation fee)

I don’t want to be charged later for a penanty due to late payment.

Once we have cleaned up your accounts I will inform you accordingly. Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. Rest asure, it’s not the usual way we welcome our customers.

And by the way: You can safe a few Francs (is still money though) if you opt for e-mail invoice in your MyUPC account.

And one very important information: Please do not post any personal information in here e.g. your customer number. For your own safety I deleted it from your posting.
