Ordered “Up Internet L” for CHF 29.90/mth, (24mths) back in November 2022, starting 24 March 2023 (O090111313). However, Sunrise portal wrongly shows an order for CHF 79/mth.
Called Sunrise, received oral confirmation twice from two separate Sunrise employees, that I ordered the promotion and that the discount will be applied. Asked for written confirmation (email/letter) and correct amount in the offer confirmation, received only a SMS promising a email or letter. However, I did not receive any email or letter and Sunrise portal still shows CHF 79/mth.
Called Sunrise again today, asking again for correction of order confirmation and one month deferral of start to 24 April 2023. Sunrise employee confirmed promotion of CHF 29.90, but said system doesn’t allow him to defer current order and had to issue a new order, promising the promoted price and one month deferal.
However, the new order (O092170515) in the portal ONCE AGAIN mentions CHF 79 instead of 29.90, and moreover now is set to start on 06 March 2023 and contract period changed to 12 months!!!
I am no longer willing to use the telephone support when your staff is incapable of solving the problem and moreover making everything worse, changing contract terms independently, and more interested in selling additional products than solving the issue. I was more than patient and collaborative trying to help you in your own process, but this has been a very bad experience.
Please set my price and period as ordered and change the start date to the date as confirmed orally to 24 April 2023, otherwise I see you in breach of the contracted services, consider the order as invalid and will no longer engage with Sunrise.
