I couple months ago, I ordered a Pod when the old-generation Booster died, and the wifi coverage hasn’t been good ever since.
Finally, yesterday, I saw in the Connect app (which by the way is a catastrophe) that NONE of my devices are connecting to the Pod, but they’re all connecting to the main Router instead.
I tried resetting both and that only lead to more issues. Once the Router was reinstalled, I tried to do the same with the Pod but the app asked me to scan the barcode on the back. Once I did that, it told me the pot already belonged to a customer (no kidding… it belongs to me).
I finally managed to put it all back the way it was but still, none of my devices are connecting to it, rendering it absolutely useless.
What’s going on there? How do we go about it?
We’re using the pod mid way between the Router and the bedroom because we don’t have wifi there, and even when we’re in that room, our devices only try to connect to the Router and not to the pod. As a result, the connection is still very poor in that room.
Thanks in advance.
(We can do this in French or English, whichever is more convenient and leads to a faster fix.)
