Online TV and PC App keep crashing

Hi, in the last week or so whenever I watch TV via sunrisetv.ch or via the App on my PC after about 10minutes of watching I get a black screen with a Sunrise notification:

Not Available

You need to have a subscription to watch this.

I obviously have a subscription to watch this I am not sure what the issue is.

If anyone could help with this it would be much appreciated.

Do you use a username or a phone number to log in to Surise TV?

RJSwiss Please try the following:

1. Log in to the portal under this link.
2. Change your “mobile number” - you can also enter a landline number. The system does not check the number.
3. Wait in the portal until the new number is visible. This took about 5 minutes. Just load / reload the page several times.
4. Change your password.
5. Log in to Sunrise TV with the combination landline number/new password.
6. Change the landline number back to your mobile number.

Does it work now when you log in with a phone number?

So I did as suggested and changed the telephone/mobile number in my subscription.

I then used the number to log into Sunrise TV and the same things happens after 30mins of watching a program. This also happens on the Sunrise TV App on my PC.

Any other suggestions about how to get this fixed?
