I need to open some IPV4 ports, however I do not see any settings available in the admin panel. Can you assist me, please? Thanks.

sake We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Hello Daniele,

Same here. I had a public IPv4 address and activated IPv6 as I thought that it was possible to get full dual stack. Unfortunately I just read on the forum that it wasn’t possible and now I’m on CGN-Nat (100.97.x.x).

I tried to deactivate IPv6 but even after a reboot it still on.

Could you please help me to revert the change and get back a public IPv4?
