Connect app can't connect to the Connect Box anymore

The UPC Connect app on iOS says it can’t find the modem, so I can’t see which devices are connected. The wifi is working well and all devices are connected to it, also the phone that says it can’t find the modem.
I’ve deleted and re-installed the app on the phone and I have restarted the Connect Box several times but the problem remains.
Any idea what I could do?

Do you log into the app with the MyUPC data? Has the app ever worked before?

Yes, I’m logged in with the MyUPC info and the app has worked well since years. But for some reason it has stopped seeing the Connect Box, even if the Box is running and all devices are connected to it.

costanza Can you please check in the modem settings if you have WIFI optimization enabled? Is it also correct that you are not connected to the WIFI that ends with Guest?

Yes, WiFi Channel optimization is enabled. I’m connected to the standard WiFi, not the Guest network

costanza I don’t have any other solutions on how to get the app to work for you. Could you please check if there is a new version available for download?

Otherwise I can tell you that your Brother printer is too far away from the modem and has a very bad connection.

Daniele_Sunrise I have the latest version. The problem is the same if I run the app on my ipad.
