Emails to a regular contact have not been received in recent weeks. Looking into the problem, we learned that Spam detection software, running on the system “mxin018.mail.hostpoint.ch”,
has identified this incoming email as possible spam. … Also:

The original message was not completely plain text, and may be unsafe to
open with some email clients; in particular, it may contain a virus,
or confirm that your address can receive spam.
Has anyone else had this problem?If so, how did you solve the issues?
